ARTICLE VIII
POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF INSPECTORS
Section 801 - The Superintendent and other duly authorized employees of the
District bearing
proper credentials and identification, upon three (3) days written notice and
written permission from the owner or resident, shall be authorized to enter upon
all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, and measurement
sampling and testing in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
The Superintendent and other duly authorized employees of the
District bearing
proper credentials and identification shall be authorized to enter all
properties
through which the District holds a duly negotiated easement for the purposes of
inspection observation, measurement, sampling, repair and maintenance of any
portion of the sewage facilities lying within said easement, all entry and work
being
done in full accordance with the term of the easement.
Section 802 - Emergency inspections, inspections 'without written owner
or resident permission,
or inspections not relating to an easement shall only be authorized based by a
search warrant issued upon probable cause of violations of other provisions of
this
ordinance or state laws relating to plumbing, healthy sanitation and safety.
